Account Registration & Verification

To register on Zumobet, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false information will be suspended, and any deposited funds or winnings associated with such accounts may be forfeited.

Registration Eligibility:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Full legal name, address, and contact details must be provided
  • Each person may only hold one account
  • Your account must not be shared with anyone else
  • You must use a payment method registered in your own name

Identity Verification (KYC): Zumobet may verify your identity before you request a withdrawal or after a certain volume of transactions. This process may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence.

Always keep your account password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Zumobet supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
  • Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
  • Only use payment methods registered in your own name
  • Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Rules:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • For verified accounts, processing is typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit
  • Large withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed
  • Zumobet reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transactions

Zumobet is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or mobile banking services. However, our support team is always ready to help you with any issues.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Zumobet and are enforced equally for every user.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed
  • Pre-match bets will not be accepted once a match has kicked off
  • Zumobet reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
  • Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited
  • Maximum bet limits may vary by market and event
  • Zumobet reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet

In live betting, odds can change rapidly. If the odds shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is confirmed, the bet will either be accepted at the new odds or may be voided.

Zumobet does not guarantee the outcome of any bet. Betting involves risk – only wager what you can afford to lose.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zumobet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

General Bonus Terms:

  • The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
  • The wagering requirement for each bonus must be completed within a specified time period
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – a specified wagering requirement must be met first
  • Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the bonus validity period expires
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise

Prohibited Activities

To maintain security and fairness on the Zumobet platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name
  • Bots or Automation: Using automated software or scripts to place bets
  • Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illicit funds
  • Third-Party Payments: Using another person's payment method to make transactions
  • Technical Advantage: Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
  • Match Fixing: Any activity involving attempts to influence or manipulate match outcomes

If any of the above activities are detected, Zumobet will immediately suspend the account, forfeit all deposits and winnings, and report to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

Zumobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information
  • If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before requesting account closure.

Even after account closure, your personal data will be retained for a defined period as required by law.
